The selected candidate will be required to provide skills development, coaching, and mentoring to selected individuals in the furniture and wood product industries.


  • Candidates must be a South African Citizen in possession of Matric with a pass in Mathematics;
  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English;
  • A passion for people development;
  • A minimum of 2 year’s industry/woodworking experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be in possession of a NQF Level 3 Qualification in Wood Machining or Cabinet Making.
  • Candidates with a NQF Level 2 Qualification in Wood Machining and Cabinet Making will be considered.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
