RECRUITMENT NOTICE
Are you a small business in the furniture manufacturing sector looking to grow your enterprise, improve your production capacity, and access business development support?
Furntech, in partnership with the Gauteng Department of Economic Development (GDED), invites eligible entrepreneurs and small businesses to apply for the Furniture Manufacturing Incubation Programme running from November 2025 to October 2026.
Participants will benefit from:
- Access to fully equipped workshops and technology support
- Business mentorship and coaching by industry experts
- Skills development in production and costing
- Market access opportunities and networking

Minimum Requirements for Applicants
Applicants must:
- Be based in Gauteng Province
- Operate within the furniture manufacturing or related value chain (e.g. upholstery, cabinetry, joinery, woodcraft, design, or finishing)
- Be a registered business (CIPC)
- Demonstrate potential for growth, innovation, and job creation
- Commit to full participation for the programme duration (November 2025 – October 2026)
