The Furniture Technology Centre Trust (Furntech) is a manufacturing business incubator in the wood and wood products sector, and the scope of its core delivery objectives are business
incubation and skills development programmes.

Furntech is looking to appoint a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the following position in CAPE TOWN:

The selected candidate will be required to provide technical skills development, coaching and mentoring to selected individuals in the furniture and wood product industries.

• Candidates must be a South African Citizen
• Matric with a pass in Mathematics;
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• A passion for people development
• Minimum of 3 years industry/woodworking experience.
• The ideal candidate will be in possession of a NQF Level 3
• Qualification in Upholstery or a Wood Machining Cabinet Making with a level 3 Qualification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
